Cancellation Policy

At Lasshera, we are committed to offering a seamless and transparent shopping experience. As our brand operates exclusively on prepaid orders and deals in unique, limited-edition inventory, our cancellation policy is designed to maintain fairness for both our customers and our operational team.

 

1. Cancellation Window

 

  • Timeframe: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Dispatch Override: Please note that our goal is to ship items quickly. If your order has already been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner—even if it is within the 24-hour window—cancellation is no longer possible.

 

2. Cancellation Fees

 

Because we operate on a prepaid-only basis, every transaction incurs processing fees from banks and payment gateways immediately upon purchase. Therefore, if you choose to cancel an order, a Cancellation Fee of 5% will be deducted from your total refund amount.

This 5% deduction covers:

  • Payment gateway transaction fees (which are non-refundable to us).

  • Bank processing charges.

  • Administrative and operational costs associated with order processing.

The remaining balance (Total Paid minus 5%) will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

3. Restrictions & Conditions

 

  • Dispatched Orders: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Exchange Policy after delivery to check if your item is eligible for a size exchange.

  • Sale Items: If you cancel an order containing items bought during a sale or promotion, the standard Cancellation Policy applies, and the 5% deduction remains in effect.

 

4. Refund Process

 

  • Approval: Refunds are initiated only after the cancellation request is formally approved by our team via email.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. This timeline varies depending on your specific bank or card issuer’s processing speed.

 

5. How to Request a Cancellation

 

To ensure your request is tracked and processed correctly, we only accept cancellation requests through the following official channels.

Required Information: When contacting us, please include:

  1. Order Number

  2. Customer Name

  3. Reason for Cancellation (Optional, but helps us improve)

Important Notice regarding Communication

 

To prevent missed messages and ensure official record-keeping:

  • DO NOT request cancellations via Instagram DM or Voice Calls.

  • Requests made through social media or phone calls will not be accepted. We strictly adhere to Email and WhatsApp for all order modifications.
