At Lasshera, our priority is to deliver your unique fashion pieces with care, efficiency, and complete transparency. We strive to ensure a smooth experience from the moment your order is placed until it arrives at your doorstep.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.

Quality Check: Since we deal in limited and unique inventory, each product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before packaging to ensure it meets our standards.

Peak Periods: During festivals, special sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
2. Shipping Timelines
Please note that the delivery timeline is calculated after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed.

Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days for most pincodes across India.

Remote Locations: Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional time due to limited courier connectivity.
3. Order Tracking

Notification: Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking link via SMS and Email.

Real-Time Updates: You can use this link to monitor your package's journey.

System Lag: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update in the courier partner’s system after you receive the notification.
4. External Factors & Delays
While we partner with India’s most reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery, certain external circumstances may occasionally cause delays. These include:

Weather disruptions or natural calamities.

Operational issues with the courier partner.

Festive season congestion.
-
Government-mandated restrictions or pincode lockdowns.
These circumstances are beyond Lasshera's control. We request your understanding and patience should such delays occur.
5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Customer Responsibility: To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete address (including House No., Street, and Landmark), a valid pincode, and an active mobile number at checkout.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the shipment up to 3 times.

Non-Delivery: If the package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address, incorrect pincode, or if the customer is unavailable/unresponsive after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin / RTO).
6. Reshipping Policy (RTO)
In the event that a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to customer error (wrong address or unavailability):

We can arrange a re-dispatch of the order upon customer request.

A standard courier handling fee of ₹80 will apply to cover the logistics cost charged by our delivery partners for the second attempt.
