Refund & Exchange Policy – Lasshera

At Lasshera, we are committed to providing a transparent and smooth shopping experience. As a brand specializing in unique, limited-edition, and single-piece designs, our inventory is highly exclusive. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the strict Refund & Exchange Policy outlined below.

 

1. No Refund Policy

 

All sales at Lasshera are final.

  • Strict No-Refund Rule: We do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

  • The Only Exception: A full refund will be issued only in the rare event that a product becomes out of stock after you have placed an order but before dispatch. Aside from this specific inventory error, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

 

2. Sale & Promotional Items

 

Please note that any items purchased during a sale, festive offer, or special promotion are considered Final Sale.

  • These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

3. Eligibility for Exchange

 

We offer exchanges strictly for fulfillment errors regarding size.

  • Eligible Scenario: You may request an exchange if you receive a size different from the one stated on your order confirmation (e.g., You ordered a 3XL, but received a 4XL).

  • Ineligible Scenarios: We do not accept exchange requests for "fitting issues" (size fits differently than expected) or "change of mind."

 

4. Inventory Limitations on Exchanges

 

Because most of our inventory consists of single-piece or limited-stock designs, we cannot guarantee an exchange for the exact same product or design.

  • Alternative Selection: Once a unique item is sold, it is considered out of stock. Therefore, approved exchanges must be made for an available alternative product of equal value. We cannot exchange a product for the same design if stock is unavailable.

 

5. How to Initiate an Exchange

 

To ensure a fair process, all exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this window will not be accepted.

To initiate a request, email us at lasheera01@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange Request - [Order ID]" and include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photographs of the product and the size tag.

  3. Mandatory: An unboxing video clearly showing the package opening and the wrong item received.

 

6. Exchange Fees

 

A standard handling and logistics fee of ₹80 applies to all approved exchange requests. This fee covers the cost of reverse pickup and reshipping the alternative item.

 

7. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

 

  • Pincode Serviceability: We will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup from your location. However, if your pincode is non-serviceable by our courier partners for reverse pickup, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost.

  • Processing: The exchange process (and dispatch of the new item) will only begin once the original item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

 

8. Condition of Returned Items

 

For an exchange to be approved upon inspection, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags must be intact and attached.

  • The product must be free of stains, damage, or odors (such as perfume or body odor).

If the tags are removed or the product shows any signs of wear, the exchange request will be immediately rejected and the item will be returned to the customer.

 

9. Processing Timeline

 

Please allow 10–12 business days for the complete exchange process, depending on courier timelines and the receipt of the returned product.
